BI-Monthly Service Plan Description: Cleaning once every 2 months. You will be placed on our bi-monthly route that reoccurs every 2 months from the month you have received your first cleaning, Receiving a total of 6 cleanings in 12 month period.
Scents: Yes, we are the company that makes you forget your trash can is still a trash can by using our most sought after scents. The scents are applied after your can is cleaned. You will notice a residual of liquid at the bottom of your can after we depart from your residence.
Step 1 to activate Service: You will receive a phone call from the office to verify the card number that will be placed on reoccurring billing. If not verify your first paid service will never be rendered without refund.
Bi-Monthly Billing: Reoccurring billing will process on the 1st day of the month your service is scheduled. This will reoccur every 2 months until your account is canceled. All of our service plans are a memberships and will be set on a reoccurring billing until canceled. Once our billing has processed there will be absolutely no refunds. There is a 30 day cancelation notice required allowing us efficient time to remove you off of any upcoming routes and reoccurring billing.
Service Dates: We have a service schedule on our website that you can follow.
We message you through our dispatch system 24hrs before our service day to reminder you to set your trash cans out for your disposal company.
You will also receive a message on your service date that we are “ON OUR WAY” which allows you to click a link to access our gps coordinates.
You will receive a message that your cleaning superhero has arrived allowing you to see full name and picture of your cleaning superhero.
You will lastly receive a message that your cleaning superhero has departed from your residence. This should give you a sense of security in our company that you are in good hands.
Skipped Service: There are only two reason why you should ever receive a skipped service notification from Gleam. Cans full of trash or not curbside/driveway accessible. If for any reason trash in the can occurs on service day with Gleam we will remove up to 2 bags and place them next your receptacle allowing our sanitation to dry. If there is loose trash or inaccessible cans you will automatically receive a photo, a canceled job, and a rescheduled message. You will then be rescheduled for the following month for a “second attempt.”
Your bi-monthly plan will not adjust to a skipped service, it will just be a rescheduled service. If your cans are still unable to be serviced on the “second attempt” your service will reset to original service dates with no refunds processed.
Transfer Service: If you have moved and would like to transfer your service to your new location make sure you contact the office before service is performed at your old address or you will not receive a refund.
Service Hold: You are able to place your account on service for up to 60 days only during a “Address Transfer” within annual agreement. This will extend your annual agreement to a total of 14 months.
Loyalty Rates: During future rate increases your rate will not increase, as it is grandfathered in. You will only lose your loyalty rate for canceling and restarting your account, or default in payment processing on the 16th day of primary billing date. You will then be subject to current rates.
Term Length: Annual (12 month period-6 cleanings) $50.00 cancellation fee will be assessed if term is broken before maturity date. This fee will be processed regardless of any circumstance. .
Benefits: Signing up for a service plan verses a One Time Cleaning has a large loyalty discount that will be grandfathered in during future price increases.
Service Requirements: Gleam requires a active credit card on file at all times during reoccurring service levels such as Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly plans to obtain a active account and retain your discounted loyalty rate. If there is not a active card on file for processing within 15 days of the primary billing date your account will permanently deactivate and placed on the Black List on the 16th day.
Black List: If the card on file fails to process within 15 days of primary billing date there will be a (365 day) laps period before you will be allow to reinstate a new account under your name or address.
Allotted Time: Your first service day may take up to 3 weeks. Unlikely, but may. Please understand that once your order has been received it has to be handed over to our routing department. We service 37 different cities and have to not only coordinate with your disposal hauler on the one day a week they provide you service, but then have to place you on a efficient route day that we will be back in your area. Our routes are designed for proficiency and efficiency, this is the reason our routing group determines what day we are able to start your service.

Our system is 100% environmentally friendly and the fully self-contained cleaning unit will high-pressure clean, disinfect and deodorize your trash and recycle bins right outside your premises the day after garbage is collected, following your local waste management schedule. After the cleaning process, the hydraulic lift returns the container to the curbside where our technician will sanitize the inside and outside of your bin(s) to ensure they are fresh, clean and ready to return to your property.
By continuing to use our service on a regular basis (at least once a month), your trash and recycle bins will maintain a respectable level of hygiene. Our cleaning services are far more effective than that of manually cleaning your own trash bin with a hose and bleach!
The hypoallergenic green certified solution has a natural pleasant scent and does not employ chemical fragrances. Our mobile units are environmentally friendly and use only Green Seal certified solutions leaving no debris or runoff water behind.
